Kaziranga National Park

Spread over 450+ sq kms of dense forest, lagoons & elephant grass meadows, Kaziranga is a UNESCO world heritage site. Famous for the Indian One Horned Rhinoceros, the sanctuary is a biodiversity hotspot and home to several rare species like Asian Elephant, Wild Water Buffalo, Hoolock Gibbon etc. The park also has the highest tiger density in the world but sightings are rare due to dense vegetation.
